This treatment center has helped me obtain sobriety for the first time in years. They were able to get me in right away - I was able to hit the ground running and get my life back on track. The nurses are kind and thoughtful, I couldn’t have done it alone.

Treatment XL saved my life from drinking. After coming in not knowing where I was The front desk girl was very sweet and supportive when I was scared and hopeless. The Owner was very explanatory to me and about my treatment plan. With out them I would have left the ER and continued on my spiral downward, and probably would have lost my business and family. The nurse was very attentive and explained what vitamins I was taking and what was in my IV bags that I received. After a long road which will never be over I feel great and positive with my recovery process and will continue with therapy and meetings. I would recommend their treatment process to anyone that struggles with addiction before it is too late.

The staff is awesome, the atmosphere is great. The classes are very informative and of course the infusions are fantastic.

My interaction with Treatment Centers began on the phone, from the moment the front desk woman (later to be known as Katelyn) answered the phone I felt heard, understood, and cared for. Unfortunately in my experience I was never identified as anything more than the charges that appear on paper. Until I came into contact with Treatment Centers, I was finally listened to, not as a criminal, but as a person, a person who made a mistake and was ready and willing to make changes. Immediately I felt welcomed into the community here, I wasn't judged for what I had done, instead I was understood and related to. I was given the tools that I needed to make the changes that I wanted. I began to look forward to coming in every week, the staff was warm and welcoming, my peers in the program became friends, we understood what each one of us was going through and therefore treated one another with understanding and compassion. Treatment Centers is a team, a team that stands behind you in one of the hardest times of your life.

I couldn’t disagree more with the negative review left on this site. I was present when my insurance company (United Healthcare) was contacted by the staff at Treatment Centers XL regarding my deductible, out of pocket costs, and what would be reimbursed directly to me after the first 30 days of treatment was completed and electronically submitted. A couple of months after the initial insurance bill was submitted, I began getting checks directly from United Healthcare, but they were nowhere near amount that the insurance agent had previously quoted. After about a week of both Mia and Agnes (whose company DOES still code and submit billing to the insurance company to the best of my knowledge) spending hours and hours on the phone and corresponding through emails fighting tooth and nail to get what was initially promised to me for reimbursement, I eventually was reimbursed approximately 80% of what I initially paid Treatment Centers XL. I will admit that I actually took some initiative and was in contact with the insurance company myself on several occasions. Perhaps Jeramie T would have better success with his insurance company if he did so himself. Perhaps he has never had to deal with health insurance companies before, and doesn’t realize that they will try anything they can to not pay what is promised unless you keep on them. Which I’m sure Treatment Centers XL is still doing. After nearly 10 months of sobriety that I attribute to this program greatly, I am further realizing that I have to take at least some responsibility for my own life. If that means a 2 minute call to my insurance company every few days until it is resolved, so be it. I have found that they respond to the policy holder much more immediately than a third party. It seems clear to me that his issue is with the insurance company, not Treatment Centers XL. As far as the IV treatments are concerned, all I know is that they have done wonders for me and everyone I met there during my treaty and have kept in contact with over the past 10 months.

I have been taking my dui therapy classes here. The staff here is amazing they work with your schedule as well as show you the compassion and help to succeed in furthering your recovery and life. Wouldn’t recommend any other treatment center.

I had an amazing experience at this office. I have never started feeling so much better physically so quickly. Feeling better physically allowed me to think clearly and really focus on my recovery. I'm finishing my fourth month of aftercare and for the first time in decades truly feel hopeful for my long term sobriety. 100% recommend!!!!

XL & their incredible infusions saved my life hands down from binge drinking. Great staff scientifically based & clinically studied. Not BS studies, but real double blind clinical studies. Highly recommended.

I did in patient at the Parker facility so I move directly over to outpatient at Denver Valley Hope. I had a great experience. Great counselors wonderful people all around
