Fantastic strength-based resource for families, couples and individuals to receive affordable therapy services in Denver...
The team at Denver Family Institute are kind, profesional and a pleasure to work with. They have a top-notch facility and they have the best Marriage and Family Therapy Training Program in Colorado! I could not recommend Denver Family Institute enough. Good place!
DFI is a great community resource! The therapists there are all either graduate students in their second year of their counseling programs or professionals in the field (as I was when I attended the program) who are seeking out further training in couples and family therapy. Individual therapy is also provided. All the therapists you would see are being taught courses and getting supervision from seasoned therapists and professors in the community. Sessions are provided at reduced rates because you are being seen by a therapist "in training." Make no mistake about "in training," as you are going to get high quality therapy services at DFI because all the therapists there are spending years of their time and money for this experience because they want to be as good as they can be at what they do.
My daughter was 10 when the walls of life started falling in around her. We got lucky and found DFI. Beth Garrett, LSW did such a wonderful job of gently communicating with her to help her light her own path to greatness. I'm so grateful! Thank you - So much. She turns 12 tomorrow and just got elected by her teachers to be in the student council.
